Tomato and Corn Rice Pate’
This simple and easy recipe is a good source of folic acid, potassium, magnesium and fiber.

Makes 2-4 patties
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup corn
⅓ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
½ tsp black pepper
Prep
Mix cooked rice, corn, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Add olive oil to pan and cook until golden brown.
