Yoga Trapeze
The Yoga Trapeze is a spinal traction device. It is also used to assist with backbends, balancing, and strengthening the upper body. This fun recreational flying device takes your yoga practice off the mat and into the air!
Sundays at 10AM and Wednesdays at 6:30PM
Sculpt
A combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout.
Tuesdays at 6PM, Fridays at 6AM and Sundays at 8AM.
Core
This class works the abdomen, hips, pelvis and lower back to strengthen and stabilize the core muscles that support all physical activity.
Mondays at 6AM and Thursdays at 6PM.
Flō
This class focuses on upper body strength and uses lunges and balancing to create a series of postures that are linked together with transitional movements called #vinyasas.
Saturdays at 8AM, Tuesdays at 6AM and Wednesdays at 6PM.
Yin
Yin is a restorative practice that uses long holds and deep stretches to help release tension.
Mondays at 6PM and Wednesdays at 6AM.
