How do I download the app?
You can download the Wix app from your App Store and use the join code: 0EJFCK
(To find where this is, from the Wix app Home Screen, click “sign in with email. Reset your password. Once you are signed in, the three dots at the top right are the menu where you will find “join with invite code”)

I’m trying to reserve a class and it says I need to purchase a pass. I already have an active pass. Why is it asking me to pay again?
When we transferred from the old systems, the passes did not all go. We have manually entered them- so if your has not been done yet let us know! You can chat with us directly in the app or email us at email@example.com
Can I reserve a class and then pay in person when I get to class?
No. All classes must be paid for before being reserved. You can pay in person before reserving the class, but the class cannot be reserved and then paid for.
I have a membership- how do I use the Bring a Friend pass?
This pass is now available for purchase without having to call or message us in advance. Once the guest has made an account, you can access the pass during checkout. A member must be present with their guest in order to use this pass.
How do I purchase a pass without booking a class?
We are adding buttons to our Pricing Page for you to be able to purchase a pass directly from our website or app. This option will be available soon. For now, you can purchase a pass once you make a reservation during checkout.
