Welcome Spring! New Month, New Classes!
As we sneak up on the end of March (and the end of our VERY successful 30 Day Yoga Challenge!), spring is definitely in the air! We're doing a little "spring cleaning" here at Hot26 with fresh new class times and even some brand new classes! Here are some of the updates you can look forward to this spring:
We are having a celebration for those who entered the 30 day challenge on March 30th at 2pm! We will have a drawing for the winner of our 30 days of free yoga!
Here is our new schedule starting April 1st, 2019:
We now have an 8:00am 90 minute Hot26 class on Wednesdays!
Yin class on Tuesdays will start at 4:00pm.
We now have Little PretZels Yoga 3 days a week! Tuesdays at 7:00pm, Wednesdays at 5:30pm and 4pm on Thursdays! This class focuses on teaching mindfulness, yoga postures, and breathing exercises to children ages 4-11 years old. There are classes going on at the same time in the Hot Room across the hall if parents want to practice too!
We now have an intermediate class in the Yin Room called Yoga + ! This class combines Pilates and weight resistance exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. Build long, lean muscle and increase flexibility while working on using proper breath technique, increasing mental focus and building spine, joint and core strength.
