Personal Hot Yoga Room

Service Description

Our Personal Yoga Rooms are equipped with therapeutic far infrared heaters and you can choose which class you'd like to take.  When you enter the room, you can: choose your color and brightness of the lights choose to turn the heat off or keep it on.  choose your class roll out your mat, lock the door, and enjoy a private yoga class. When class begins, your demonstrator appears as a hologram in the mirror and leads you through class as if they were your mirror image. The instructor's voice can be heard through the speakers as they skillfully guide you through each movement in a careful and safe manner. These rooms are available as part of our memberships and packages.
