Posture Alignment, modifications & proper instruction
Explore pranayama, mudras, bandhas & energy anatomy
You will graduate with all of the skills and tools necessary to teach a 45, 60, 75, or 90 minute yoga class. Hot26 is a certified yoga teacher training school through the Yoga Alliance.
