Fall 2021 Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training

This 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Training will prepare you to teach yoga anywhere in the world!  In this training you will have the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with our Hot26 Certified Trainers to deepen your personal practice, understand more about the postures and breathing exercises from the Beginning Class, learn how to teach yoga safely to others, learn the art of meditation, dive deep into the anatomy of the Yoga Asana, and learn how to modify the practice for special populations.  By the time you complete the course, you will be able to effectively teach a 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute Yoga class.
