About the Event
In this 2-hour workshop you will move your body and reconnect with your breath.
Lynar will guide you through a gentle movement practice that will open your hips, chest, and shoulders. From there you will learn 3 simple breathing practices that will help you use your breath as a tool for recovery and energy throughout your day.
The workshop includes access to recorded breathing practices that are yours to keep via YouTube.
About Your Trainer:
Lynar De Luca is a Yogi, Certified Breath Coach, and a pulmonaut explorer. Lynar has been breathing since birth, but she (re)discovered the power of her breath when she started a regular yoga practice almost 4 years ago.Discovering her breath led her to become a 200CYT with Inner Adventure Yoga in 2019. While yoga introduced Lynar to many different breathing practices, it didn’t explore the science behind what was physically happening that made her feel so good in both the body and the mind. To help understand and explain the science better she became a Yoga Body Certified Breath Coach in 2020.Lynar is super passionate about helping others find their breath so that they can not only enjoy better physical health but also better mental health or rather a better mindset overall.
