Experience the meditative sounds of the Gong and singing bowls paired with a guided meditation.

What is a Sound Bath?

A Gong Bath is an ancient form of sound healing.  Singing bowls create a meditative experience in which you listen to ambient sounds that restore harmony throughout your body and mind.  In our Sound Bath Meditation, we combine these instruments with a guided meditation to quiet the mind, improve focus, and calm the nervous system- helping you to cope with symptoms tied to chronic stress.

Sound therapy is a form of sensory therapy that promotes healing by deconstructing music and using sound frequencies to rebalance the body’s energy- it is essentially the process of healing the mind and body through music, tones, frequencies and vibrations.   A sound bath relies on tools such as singing bowls to allow the entire body to enter into a complete state of calm and relaxation.

This type of treatment affects your brainwaves, which are patterns of electrical activity that are created by the billions of neural cells in the brain. Brainwaves can be altered by the sound waves or vibrations created by instruments, music, or tools like singing bowls. When you listen to the vibrations and rhythmic sounds at a certain frequency, it can help your brainwaves align to the same frequency. This practice is known as brainwave entrainment, which channels the power of your mind and helps heal the body in a natural way.

What are the benefits of Sound Therapy?

The benefits of sound therapy are vast, long-lasting, and life-changing. Sound therapy can relieve a variety of physical ailments, including chronic pain, headaches, and arthritis. It can also help treat mental health issues like anxiety, stress, and depression. In addition to alleviating mental and physical issues, it is used to increase energy and enhance focus.
